We need someone who has it all – great administration skills with creative flair.
Beyond Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced and professional Website Co-ordinator – someone who likes adding to the company’s success with their own creative efforts and effective organization skills.
You will be part of a small team so an all-rounder with a creative mindset is key, as you will be required to work across all aspects of the company to assist and support staff members, as needed.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is looking for a team player who is positive, conscientious, self-initiated, with a creative "can-do and will do" attitude.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping the websites up to date with any customer and sales requirements
- Monitor websites usage and performance
- Create content and database backups
- Troubleshooting and resolve issues as they arise
- Designing brochures, flyers, and promotions:
- Design banners, images, promotions to display on the website (using various software like Photoshop etc.)
The skills you will need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced MS Office skills – Word and Excel essential and Photoshop preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- A friendly nature and positive attitude where nothing is too much trouble
