Residential Buildings Services Ltd provides nationwide support services to the Jennian Homes and Milestone Homes franchises throughout New Zealand as well as other clients. We pride ourselves on delivering timely and accurate service and information to our clients.
We are now seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Manager to drive market share growth, manage public relations and media and support our clients with unrivalled service.
In the role you’ll be responsible for:
- Creation and implementation of sound marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining industry relationships with stakeholders
- Mentoring and coaching the Marketing team
- Assisting with industry events
- Digital campaign management including social media content and google analytics
To be successful you’ll need:
- A relevant tertiary education
- To be a strategic thinker who focusses on delivery and results
- Natural relationship building and people skills
- Polished communications skills with the ability to interact and present at all levels
- Strong networking ability with high energy levels
Based in Christchurch but working on a national scale, you’ll be supported by a great team, with excellent systems and process and dynamic brands. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
