BrandAdvantage is small but highly successful marketing and measurement company that is located in Epsom, Auckland. We are seeking a new team member that has a real passion and drive for all aspects of their work.

The individual must be prepared and eager to develop an understanding of the core product range and services offered, in particular the BA Analyser system for grants, sponsorship, class four gaming and scholarship. This includes becoming familiar with it's day to day implementation for a client, along with the functionality and workflow of the systems.

The individual must possess a solid understanding and be competent in operating applications within the Microsoft Office Suite. Advance knowledge with these application is considered a bonus. The individual will also be required to update content on the company website when appropriate.

Other day to day tasks the individual would be tasked to do include;

  • Provide help desk support for the product to the clients and applicant/s using the system.
  • The preparation of upgrade and ‘new functionality’ notification’s to be distributed to our clients.
  • Create basic step by step guides that assist with client interpretation of the system

From a Customer Relationship Management aspect, the individuals day to day tasks, may include;

  • Handle general correspondence through to service recovery and problem solving.
  • Assist in the training of new clients
  • Handle client enquiries from prospective clients
  • Create competent briefs which satisfy clients and developers to produce results
  • Undertake testing on the new product releases and ensuring their usability.

The individual that we are seeking to fill this role in Brandadvantage must be able to engage adequately and appropriately with current and prospective clients, as well as the Brandadvantage team.
