- Do you have CRM experience of direct and digital marketing in a retail business?
- Are you degree educated with ideally three or more years' experience?
- Demonstrate confidence and articulate communication skills
An exciting role for a curious mind! Responsible for planning and delivering customer relationship marketing programs for an iconic retail food brand, focused on customer recruitment, retention and customer loyalty.
The role will include the following:
- Using state of the art CRM analytics to maximise commercial opportunities
- Planning and coordinating direct communications with customers by partnering with one of NZ's most awarded creative agencies.
- Managing database segmentation and CRM tools with one of NZ's leading research companies
- Developing and testing CRM tactics to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
- Product related analysis and reporting
Do you have the following:
CRM experience of direct and digital marketing in a retail business? Are you degree educated with ideally three or more years' experience?
