My client are a leading local manufacturer who supply their products nationally across a wide variety of industry from Dairy to Power and Energy, Industrial construction and more.

Due to continued growth in the business they are looking to add new headcount for a Fabricator / Machinist to their day shift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation of centre lathes
Machine and fabricate a range of parts and fittings
Interpret technical drawings and fabricate to plans
Complete relevant quality and production documentation
Carry out regular machinery maintenance checks
Ensure that a strong H&S focus with all activity

Skills and Experience:

Trade Qualified or qualified by experience in a relevant area
Experienced in the use of Lathes
Ability to interpret drawings and fabricate to spec
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
