Commercial Cleaning Water Blasting Specialist

Our client is currently is currently looking for an energetic, reliable and proactive individual to join our Auckland cleaning operation.
They will be engaged in the delivery of commercial building wash services to our customers throughout Auckland and the Waikato.
 
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Water blasting, low pressure chemical cleaning
• Working at heights, EWP etc
• Specialist window cleaning (exterior)
• Any other general site cleaning & maintenance as required.
 
The ideal candidate needs to have a great attitude and good communication skills.
They will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
 
• A positive attitude and enjoy dealing with a wide range of people
• Good time management & self-motivation
• Have a commitment to Health and Safety
• Experience in water blasting and generalist site grooming maintenance (preferred but not essential)
• Hold a minimum of a Full Class 1 Drivers Licence
• Fit and able
• Have working at heights experience/qualifications
• Be available for weekend and after hours work
 
This position is best suited to a contractor type model, the remuneration is based on contract rates (per sqm) and ideally would suit someone that wants to own their own business and has ambition to grow. Having a secondary means of income would be an advantage in the early stages.
The client will supply a vehicle and all equipment required.
