The opportunity
We are currently looking for a field based service technician in the Auckland region to support our customers in planned maintenance and service repairs, with full training to be provided both in the factory and field.
Personal development opportunities will also arise for the right candidate, thanks to the value we place on technician feedback in relation to the design of new models, and the large installed base of dishwashers we have around the wider Australasian region.
About You - Required Skills:
· Qualified Electrical Service Technician – minimum current A & B practicing license
· Proven Technical & Customer service experience
· Good written and verbal communication skills – in order to liaise with our customers effectively and represent the company in a professional manner
· Able to work safely and efficiently without supervision
· Time management and organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines
· Full NZ Driver's License
About You - Preferred Skills:
· Prior commercial appliance servicing experience would be beneficial
· Basic plumbing experience will also be beneficial
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high quality service and maintenance of commercial Starline dishwashers through the Auckland region
· Fault finding to identify the problems
· Refurbishments of damaged machines
· Writing service reports via Google docs.
