THE OPPORTUNITY
To join the team at Essential Coffee as a Qualified Field Technician servicing New Zealand customers.
You will be part of a customer focused service team in a successful New Zealand owned international business. You must have basic knowledge and experience working with commercial machines (electrical, refrigeration, beverage, vending) .
We seek applicants for full time and part time opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to technical service issues from customers within agreed Service Levels
Resolve Technical issues in a fast and professional manner
Keep customers updated on the progress of issue resolution
General workshop repairs
Diagnosis and problem solving technical issues
Maintain customer relations
Conduct onsite servicing
Commission and repair hot and cold beverage dispensing machines
Plan daily schedules by analysing work orders
Investigate technical complaints and resolve the issue
Install equipment and machines
Complete forms, reports and log books for repairs
Perform preventative maintenance
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Current manual drivers licence (essential)
Current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence (essential)
Refrigeration, electronics or Electrical Trade Certificate ||| (preferred, although not essential)
Must have a right to work in New Zealand
Previous experience with Commercial Coffee machines is essential
Previous experience working with commercial coffee machines (preferred, although not essential)
