Tractor and machinery dealer Giltrap AgriZone has a long and well-respected history providing exceptional brands and skilled and professional servicing of tractors and farm machinery across the greater Waikato and Central North Island Regions. Owner operated, with branches in Cambridge, Otorohanga and Rotorua, it still holds true to the values that have seen in thrive in a moving market with an enviable brand reputation and employee culture to match.
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Junior/Intermediate Parts Person based out of our Cambridge Branch (or Otorohanga if that suits you better)
We are looking for a Junior/Intermediate (or even a newbie) Parts Person who has some (ideally) parts knowledge and/or some level of experience in a parts or customer service focussed role.
This role is really team focussed which means that you will always be guided and mentored in your day-to-day activities.It is full-time with Saturdays on rotation (after a period of training) and is ideal for someone who is interested in farm machinery, is enthusiastic and willing to learn and looking to gain invaluable experience that will carry you through your career. The right attitude is everything!
We are looking for people who are:
- Mechanically minded with (ideally) some exposure to/understanding of farm machinery | Someone who is mad about machinery and loves to tinker!
- Computer literate and willing to learn new systems (full-training is part of the role)
- Experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous, but high levels of communication skills and a genuine desire to interact with people will be great.
- Willing and able to learn new skills and be an important part of a strong, friendly and fun growing team.
