We are currently seeking an experienced and responsible Service Technician to work on a full time basis to maintain, troubleshoot and repair Nilfisk-Kerrick products, whilst providing superior service to a diverse of range customers.
Some of the responsibilities in this varied role include:
- Perform routine repairs maintenance and service work on Nilfisk and Kerrick products on company premises, at customer sites or breakdown locations as directed;
- Perform all trade qualified work as directed;
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on other affiliated products as required;
- Ensure all Service related records and administrative forms are completed and maintained accurately.
Our successful candidate will have:
- Experience repairing mobile equipment (forklifts, small engine repair, construction equipment, or automobiles);
- Highly organised and comfortable with managing multiple projects and tasks to meet timelines in a high pressure environment;
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude;
- Visible desire and passion for customer service excellence.
