Your work will be to:
- provide operational and leadership support to the Workshop Manager to ensure to thl motorhome fleets mechanical servicing, appearance and functionality is constantly legally compliant and prepared to a very high standard
- assure that the team members have the necessary education and training
- co-ordinate with the Workshop Manager to distribute the day to day workload.
Skills and experience
- Ideally a minimum of 10 years mechanical experience or full NZQA Trade Certification
- Full current driving licence
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and parts)
- Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repair
- Technically and diagnostically competent with ability to coach, train and develop others
