ServiceNet is the service division of United Gaming Limited, which is New Zealand's largest privately owned gaming equipment Sales and Service company in the Class 4 sector (Pubs and clubs).
We are currently seeking applications to fill the position of Gaming machine service technician, servicing primarily the Auckland CBD and the North Shore with some work across the greater Auckland region. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular maintenance, reactive breakdown repair and installations on a range of gaming equipment in both pubs and clubs.
We are looking for individuals with the below skill sets,
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Ability to be nimble in a challenging and dynamic environment
- High attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Methodical fault finding skills
- A background in Appliance servicing/Electrical/Electronic/Gaming/IT industries
Although a background in one or some of the above industries is preferable, we will provide all internal and external training.
We can teach the technical but we cant teach attitude!
