As an IT technician, some of the duties you will be doing is –

• Assessing damage and cost of repairs, ordering the replacement as required
• Diagnosis of the issue for computer and smart devices.
• Repair and troubleshoot laptops, mobiles and other electronic devices
• Using diagnostic tool's to assess computers
• Downloading and installing appropriate software, operating systems, anti-virus and drivers
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure that customer grievances are appropriately addressed
• Manage stock inventory to ensure that sufficient products are available and place orders with suppliers when necessary.

Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in IT or proven experience in this field. You will be excellent at customer service and have great communication skills.
