We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic baker for our fast paced  bakery.  We would expect the following skills.

Scratch baker for french pastry

Scratch baker with quiches and pies

Scratch bread baker

Flair and creativity

Implement new products

Stocktake and ordering

Assist management with running of bakery

NQA level 4 qualified or similar overseas qualification

You need to work well in a team enviroment and be able to deal with pressure, think fast on your feet, problem solve and lead by example.
