Our client is a leading provider of print solutions for some of New Zealands most iconic brands. As such, they pride themselves on their outstanding reputation for delivering excellence. This is new created position for you to join a dedicated team of professionals working in a supportive and technology lead environment.
  
The primary focus of this position is to provide professional print customer services of marketing material, from artwork through to distribution, delivering quality campaigns working closely with internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend brief meeting with sales and design agencies
• Interpret and enter print specifications into prism system
• Systematically process orders from end to end
• Proactively manage jobs for clients on a broad spectrum of products
• Monitor all jobs throughout the process closely to ensure deadlines are met 
• Quality assurance
• Interpret and develop technical specifications to optimize print production techniques

To be successful you will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.
• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive negotiation and problem solving
• Technical knowledge of the Packaging/Print process essential
• Attention to detail a must

The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years experience working in a print production or customer services environment or come from a print supplies back ground.

You will also be required to hold the right to work in New Zealand.
