We are a fast growing Construction company with a focus exceptional service delivery We are looking for key people to assist our team of 25.

We need a construction superstars with:

• the right skill set,
• great work ethic
• interests outside of work
• and have safety in mind

You will have at least 5 years experience in solid and fibrous plastering, and be prepared to lead and train a team.

You will have proven ability to meet deadlines, ability to effectively liaise with other team members,  and proven problem-solving ability. 

You will 

• have a flexible attitude towards changing timetables

• be a great communicator in all professional conversations 

• be able to recognise and remedy building faults

• have an extensive knowledge and practice of fibrous and solid plastering and interior and exterior rendering systems

• have common sense coupled with a good knowledge of H&S practice

• be confident and experienced to problem solve and work in all weather conditions

You will have

• had experience in training and supervising
• had experience in contract work scenarios
• had experience in confidently communicating with clients
• had experience with cladding and construction systems
