Hawkes Bay building company requires a versatile, experienced person to work as part of a small busy team, working on both residential and commercial renovations and building projects.

You will need to be able to work independently or as part of a team in this hands on role

Have own tools and vehicle

Must be well presented, motivated and understand the importance of maintaining standards. 

A “can do” attitude, reliable, hard working with a friendly professional manner and the ability to prioritise work loads.

If you are an experienced trades person with supervisory skills or newly qualified and looking for autonomy without being self-employed we would like to hear from you. Or, if you are currently working towards your qualifications and have the necessary experience we will consider. This is a permanent position after completion of the trial period or a contract role maybe possible. Above award and industry standard rates paid.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or valid NZ work permit or be able to obtain one. You will be required to pass a drug test and have no criminal record. Clean current NZ driver’s license – or able to obtain one.
