City Cleaning Services wishes to appoint an Area Manager for the Auckland team.

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Staff planning and organisation

• Procuring supplies and delivery to sites

• Proving high quality services

• Customer relationship management

• Active leadership of Health & Safety within work teams including regular team briefings and compliance auditing

• Performance  monitoring and QA reporting

The successful applicant will have the following abilities:

• Experience in commercial cleaning operations

• Good working understanding of industry Health, Safety and compliance requirements

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time-management skills

• Developed service & quality focus

• Multi-tasking problem solver with a 'can do' attitude, who makes things happen

• Available to work evenings

• Current Full Class 1, NZ Driver Licence, plus clean driving record

• Current entitlement to work in NZ

This position includes competitive salary (circa $50,000p.a.), provision of a car and mobile phone. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive induction program and on-going management support.
