Boiler Operator

Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join our team as a Boiler Operator at our Pukeuri Plant, just out of Oamaru.

About You
We are seeking a suitably experienced person who will demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• High personal standards
• Leadership ability

Our Requirements

• Applicants will be expected to have the National Certificate in Energy and Chemicals, Level 4, Steam (Enchem level 4) 
• or equivalent qualification; however we would be prepared to train the right applicant to this standard if they held a lower qualification.
• With our ongoing commitment towards health and safety, you will undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug test that will form part of your application.
• The Hours of work will be on a rotational shift basis.

The successful applicant must be reliable, conscientious and able to work in a team environment with minimum direct supervision.
