Schofield Holden has been an automotive fixture in Auckland since 1924, now with three locations for vehicle servicing in Newmarket, Penrose and Panmure, with new and used vehicles sales located in Newmarket
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Manager to continue the success of our Schofield Holden Service team in Panmure and lead and develop a dedicated and motivated team. The Schofield Panmure business is poised for growth with substantial new developments in the very near future - get on board now!
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading our team of service professionals to continue the growth we are currently experiencing
- Working closely with the manufacturer’s expectations and requirements
- Measuring, monitoring and improving various Service KPIs and profitability
- Driving retail sales and identify new opportunities for growth
- Working closely with the Service Advisors to ensure great service and sales
- Managing incoming work mix and maximising efficiency, productivity and charging efficiency
- Stepping in and resolving customer concerns if they get escalated to your level
- Monitoring department expenses
- Driving workshop team morale, culture and leading the team
- Spearheading the growth of the business and leading the team into a new era
