Our ‘boutique’ fleet of buses run in our own workshop for maintenance service and repairs. We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our close knit team. 

This position is responsible for:

• Managing Quality Assurance (maintaining a high standard at all times).
• Promote continuous Improvement to enhance workplace efficiencies.
• Preventative maintenance of tools and machinery. Maintenance of the company fleet.
• Servicing of vehicles including general maintenance and repairs
• Welding and fabrication where required
• Health and Safety Advocate

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record working as a Mechanic.
• Desired experience working as a heavy diesel mechanic on commercial vehicles. 
• Knowledge of workshop machinery and their capabilities.
• Adaptable and flexible / can do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to critically analyze frameworks and processes and make improvements.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Current Class 4 desired.
