A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Counter Sales person to join our Henderson team.  Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will have the passion and initiative for ensuring our customers get the right product and experience an exceptional level of service every time they deal with Ideal.

It’s a varied and busy role where you will work across all aspects of the branch and warehouse operations where you can truly make an impact – a challenge is to plan, prioritise then act to deliver to our customers at many levels.  Servicing the customer is one important aspect – getting to know them is another - by understanding their issues and then delivering great solutions to help our customers.

We are a focused and fun team dedicated to growing the business by serving our trade customers (face to face, phone and/or email), place orders, process returns, answer phone enquiries and assist in the warehouse as required.  Using your initiative and displaying a “can-do” attitude will be key to your success in the role.

You will more than likely have technical electrical or trade knowledge with exceptional customer service, in addition to being an outstanding team player, intermediate computer proficiency, excellent communication and organisational skills.  What we can offer in return, in addition to our excellent benefit package (salary, medical cover, subsidised holiday homes etc) is an excellent career opportunity.
