Onestaff is a leading provider of staffing solutions for New Zealand’s industrial and commercial sectors. Working with several fantastic organisation we are excited to be advertising for various Trowel Hand and Plastering / Cladding Trades Staff positions.
The fantastic part about these roles is the variance we currently have available, no matter your skill level, opportunities for increased pay rates and upskilling craftsmanship are achievable for successful applicants. If you have just started out, have basic Trowel Hand experience through dry wall alterations and internal plastering or if you are an experienced plasterer external or otherwise we have the role for you! The majority of our work is the application and repair of external cladding and membrane systems. Our clients have contracts in and around Wellington and Lower Hutt, until the end of the year and will often have permanent positions available as a result of this. Temporary positions are full time hours also, generally from 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants would have some of the following experience and qualities:
- Have experience with application or Rockcote or Sto Plastering products
- Experience with application and repair of external cladding and membrane systems
- Trowel hand experience
- Concrete and plaster mixing, construction labour experience
- A great approach to health and Safety in the workplace (essential)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (essential)
- A team effort attitude (essential)
