About the role
The Water Blasting Technician position is responsible for providing planned preventative maintenance to Auckland Council hard surface assets. The scope of Water Blasting Technician works includes preventative maintenance and external water blasting of hard surfaces such as but not limited to paths, carparks, boat ramps furniture in open spaces, external building cleans and track maintenance.
This role will deliver a high standard of work in line with company, contractual and legislative & safety procedures.
About you
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ post trade experience in a Commercial/Industrial environment
- Previous experience working in a building maintenance position involving large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules
- CPR – First Aid Training - Current first aid certificate (preferred)
- A manual drivers licence will be required for this role
- Grow Safe Spray qualification (preferred)
