Exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrician who has hands on team supervision, or someone looking to step up!
This past year has seen rapid expansion for our client especially within their commercial and industrial divisions, and are looking for a new foreman to lead, develop and oversee a team of talented individuals.
Ideally you will have
- 2+ years’ experience as a construction electrician as well as hands on foreman/supervisory experience.
- An understanding of electrical site plans, schematics & diagrams
- The ability to proactively maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team
- Sound technical ability
- The ability to assist in the training and development of the team
- The ability to mentor apprentices
- Able to maintain and foster positive relationships with customers, other members of the Company and Sub Contractors.
- Able to perform general administrative tasks such as ordering materials etc
