About the business
We are a small West Auckland based company who need a hard-working and self-motivated electrician to join our team due to workload demands. We work for domestic, commercial and industrial clients all over Auckland. We carry out a wide range of electrical work including some quite unique projects.
About the role
Most of our work is general electrical including switchboard replacements, re-wires, new builds and lighting upgrades (all of which you should be proficient in); however you will also have the opportunity to work with generator installs, automation & control systems, power pole replacements & undergrounding.

Skills and experience
We require someone who:
• Is a NZ registered electrician and holds a current practising licence;
• Is confident and willing to train and develop apprentices
• Is able to handle the demands of the types of work we do- comfortable working at heights, towing a trailer, working in enclosed spaces etc
• Hardworking, self-motivated and dependable- you will need to be able to work unsupervised
• Is practical, a problem solver and has a wide range of electrical ability
• Is friendly, well-spoken and who has the confidence to communicate directly with clients
• Most importantly we need someone who has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work. You will need to be able to go the extra mile and provide the full service (including cleaning up at the end!)
