Natural Habitats is a leading Landscape business with offices in key locations across New Zealand. We are seeking a top performer to lead our expanding Garden Care business in Auckland.
About the role
The CARE Divisional Manager will be leading a team of Gardening professionals from our Auckland office. To be successful you need to be able to demonstrate:
- A successful track record in business leadership from the Gardening/Horticulture sector
- A proven record of building and leading successful teams, excelling in operational service based businesses
- Success in managing large diverse teams
- The ability to target, build and retain mutually rewarding business relationships
- Success in negotiating and selling Gardening projects and contracts.
- A high level of Gardening and horticultural knowledge and be able to train and mentor team members
