- Work vehicle to use during work hours.
- Wide range of work throughout Auckland.
- Working in Auckland CBD, North Shore, West Auckland, South Auckland.
OTS Building Services Ltd is an owner operated building and maintenance business, We are fully Qualified Licensed Building Practitioners that do a variety of work.
You will mainly be doing small maintenance work on rentals throughout the North Shore, South and West Auckland but also giving our team a hand on larger jobs as we are Licensed Building Practitioners.
We are a fast growing company and need an experienced handyman to hit the ground running and carry out a variety of maintenance jobs.
This is a full time role, Successful applicant will get to use work van during work hours.
No qualifications necessary but TOOLS and EXPERIENCE is a must.
Applicant must have the following attributes:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proactive approach.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to a high standard of finish.
- Reliability
- Clean police record
- Your own phone and vehicle with relevant licence.
- Own tools.
- NZ residency.
