Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Lower North Island Team based in Palmerston North. You will use your collaborative and engaging leadership style to take on the responsibility to coach, mentor and lead a team of service people to consistently deliver a high quality of service to our customers and encourage growth in our sales.

In this role you will:
- Coach and mentor our team to achieve State of Service targets
- Monitor and review service productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity, year on year
- Plan and allocate service runs and scheduling for the Service Planner
- Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises
- Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards
- Ensure service efficiency optimised through tools and technology available
- Ensure the team's company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition
- Proactively resolve customers' servicing issues
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships
To succeed in this role:
- You will have preferably have experience in Washroom Hygiene or Pest Control;
- You will have 2 to 3 years' experience within a supervisory role within a service management or operations environment;
- You will be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly customer focused;
- Experience in implementing Health & Safety resolution and regular reporting to higher management;
- Have a high standard of personal presentation, a desire to succeed, organisation skills and a solution oriented focus;
- Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, a passion for customer service, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
