This role is a mixture of hands on Building Maintenance and People Leadership.
We have contracts with some of the largest property management companies in New Zealand to maintain their porfolios and are a rapidly growing business.
We are looking for someone to join us who still wants to get their hands dirty on a day to day basis but also wants to be involved in the management of the teams and the work scheduling.
You will have operational experience on Building Maintenance and also be focused and driven and wanting to grow your career.
