A fulltime vacancy exists for a Maintenance Fitter Fabricator to join the production team for a well-established manufacturing company.

Key qualities of an ideal candidate:

• Stainless Steel TIG Welding knowledge and experience very important
• Mechanical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic experience 
• Mechanical maintenance experience and trade (conveyors, gearboxes and bearing ganges)
• Experience working with meat processing equipment a big advantage
• Light fabrication & Machine maintenance
• Machining / Operating Lathe Milling experience preferred
• Clear fluent English must be spoken in order to follow instructions and for Health & Safety reasons

Job details:

• Type: Full time permanent position
• Wage: $28 – $35/hr neg with qualifications, skills & experience
• Overtime: Flat rate after 40 hours
• Based: South Auckland
• Hours: 7.30am to 4.00pm (Mon – Fri - Flexible)
• Start: A.S.A.P.
