The Company:     BuildQual NZ Ltd is an established property inspection company mainly conducting pre-purchase or pre-listing inspections of homes in the Christchurch area. BuildQual NZ Ltd also does some damage assessments for insurance companies and assessments of properties against EQC scopes of work.  

The company continues to grow.

The Job:     You will conduct inspections of mainly residential properties, complete the reports and submit them in a timely manner. You will be able to work confidently with home owners, real estate agents or insurance company staff in a professional manner.  Proficiency with MS Word and an understanding of electronic inspection tools is a must.  Training and H&S instruction will be provided.

Applicants:    We are looking for a contractor who may have their own business or may be semi-retired, but has time available to assist our team conducting property inspections. Or you might just want to work part-time.  In any case you would like to supplement your cash-flow.

If you are a Licensed Building Practitioner (Carpentry), honest, diligent ... then this is an opportunity for you.  You must be GST registered.

• have a clean driver's license and reliable transport.
• have a reliable computer
