The Opportunity
We are searching for a Contract Manager for 40 hours per week to lead soft service Commercial Cleaning Operations in Masterton/Wairerapa region. Someone that is able to ensure a smooth service is delivered to all of our existing clients and exceed their expectations. You will support the current team and help them to grow so that they are capable of delivering the OCS service and adequately support the growth in the area. You will be accountable and able to make strategic decisions with support provided from the Branch Manager. A typical day would include overseeing operations and offering support and direction where required, problem solving, manage budgets/P&L's and meeting existing or new clients.
About You
You will be a polished individual with at least 3-5 years operational experience and be able to add value to our business and want to grow within our organisation. You will be a driven individual and have previous experience of managing a team. Industry experience is not an absolute necessity and you will have some sales experience from which you can draw upon. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will bring energy to the role and have sound knowledge of the area/region.
