An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and technically minded person to take on the role of Warranty Administrator for Motor Truck Distributors (NZ) Ltd.
Located in Palmerston North and reporting to the Technical Services Manager you will be responsible for the accurate and cost efficient technical warranty administration functions for Volvo products, including the adjudication of invoices and lodging of warranty claims to overseas suppliers.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in providing service advice and have a mechanical or warranty background, preferably in the heavy transport industry. Strong communication skills, a high skill level in accuracy and a strong competency in computers are key attributes sought.
