A fantastic opportunity to lead our service department as the Team Leader has become available.
Brian Luff Automotive is Alexandra’s only Ford franchised parts and service centre.
This is a key role to our business and you will be expected to have /and carry out the following tasks:
* Maintaining a productive workshop
* Maintaining workshop staff efficiency
* Leading a fantastic team
* Having a high standard of customer care
* Be an excellent communicator
* Have an understanding of the motorcar to help with parts sourcing
* Be able to understand and make on the spot business decisions
The ideal candidate will have had motor vehicle experience and may be required to carry out some repairs due to the team size.
