We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Assistant to join our busy parts department within our Dunedin branch.
In this role you'll primarily take responsibility for parts sales - including sales made over the counter, to our workshop staff, and telephone orders. You will also assist with ensuring that the movement of all parts both in and out of the branch is accurately monitored and controlled, generate orders and quotes, and generally deal with customer enquiries.
The candidate we're looking for will have experience within a heavy transport retail parts department, preferably with our franchise product, and will complement this experience with a qualification in Parts and Merchandising.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills and a keen eye for detail. We're after a true team player who displays exceptional customer service skills.
