PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
CLEAN WORKSHOP
Due to a continuous increase in work and the addition of new tools our clients are looking for:
A. CNC Toolmaker. Autonimous role to predominantly program (CADCAM) a 3 or 5 axis Mill to manufacture new tooling
B./ Another multi skilled Bench toolmaker (No CNC) to maintain and repair their existing tooling to provide 100% capacity for manufacture.There will also be an opportunity to assemble new tooling .They require a person with strong assembly skills who is preferably familiar with multi cavity and complex Injection Moulding Tools to machine replacement components ,polish tools and exchange inserts and pins etc.
- Maintain the register of Dies and Tool movements.Tick off "Fit for mould status".
- Diagnose tooling issues.
