Wai Ora Spa is Rotorua's only Internationally award-winning spa which is located on the shores of Lake Rotorua within the 4* plus rated Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort.

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

> Experience of at least one year in the Spa and hospitality industry
> Qualifications essential
> Excellent grooming and presentation at ALL TIMES while at work
> Passionate to deliver high-quality beauty and spa services to all our guest. 
> Knowledge and understanding of Tikanga Maori
> Knowledge of the company and products
> Friendly and approachable manner
> Ability to work without supervision
> Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
> The ability to be cooperative and work in a close-knit focused team
>Must be flexible and able to work weekends and nights
> Have transport and a Full drivers license

-KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Providing all spa and beauty services offered at the Wai Ora Day Spa, which includes but not limited to the following:
>Relaxation massage
>Beauty therapy
>Alite Product sales
>Reception duties, including taking bookings, opening and closing the spa
>Cleaning of spa areas
> Cross training in the resort

Our spa operating hours are 9am-9pm so you will be required to work around these hours, on the odd occasion you may have an earlier start or slightly later finish.
