As a Multilingual Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities include: - Developing a good understanding of clients' companies, their industry, and their overall work culture and environment - Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates - Completing direct searches in order to find the candidates you're looking for - Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates - Conducting face-to-face interviews and video-interviews with candidates - Preparing reports and profiles to forward to clients - Briefing candidates about our clients' projects, paying attention to details (i.e. salaries, benefits, etc.) - Offering our clients a consultative approach about the labour market - Assisting/Coaching our candidates with useful information - Visiting clients to get to know their company culture, environment, and their teams
