Necessary Educations, Skills and Experience:
Successfully completed business administration studies majoring in finances and controlling, or audit with minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics Bachelor or Master or MBA
Several years of experience working at an international auditing and accounting firm, or an international corporation controlling in an international production company would be an advantage
Good knowledge in IFRS-Balancing
Very good communication on all levels, persuasive power, excellent presentation
Structured and independent mode of operation, high level of operational readiness and capacity
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Enthusiasm for motivating employees and to accept changes
Willingness to take over responsibility, business mind
Very good English language skills are essential, additional language skills welcome
Willingness to travel, from time to time to Germany HQ and its subsidiaries
