Funciones

Managing one person in Spain, the role will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Spanish organisation will report to the Finance Leader of South West region. The key responsibilities include driving the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing direction for ad hoc financial analyses and overseeing the country reporting and accounting processes. This position will play a critical role as the business partner of the country manager. Description * Oversee FP&A activities for Spain, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, core financial analysis and other activities as needed. * Operate as a business partner to commercial and operational leaders in the region while providing financial direction to the organisation. * Support the achievement of the country's financial objectives for earnings and working capital. * Support country accounting and reporting processes while fostering a strong internal control environment. * Drive a continuous improvement mindset for each of the Finance process areas. * Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics to Finance and regional leadership. Profile * A Master's degree in Economics/Finance or related field * 5 + years of experience as a Finance manager for a multinational corporation. * Management experience leading teams in the finance function. * Advanced understanding of financial and managerial accounting concepts and financial modelling techniques. * Experience in reporting and analysing financial information in a complex global financial information systems environment (SAP required). * Team oriented, analytical and possesses strong interpersonal skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English.
