Page Group is recruiting for an Important International Company situated in Madrid , Assisstance Coordinators who will do the following functions: - Attending inbound calls from customers. - Handling and management of the Assisstance files, coordination with external providers, cost management, ... - Development of queries and calls in order to measure the provided service quality - Administrative tasks.
