Funciones

Our client - an important international company active in the industrial sector - is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. Description - Develop the tools and supports needed to manage sales and inventory. - Support and retain our customers through the management of the back office. - Analize the sales, teh progress of the commercial actions, the evolutions of the market in order to document most accurate forecast and to meet the demand. - Continually improve operational excellence in customer relations. - Document the complete offer of machines to sales team: - Prices, payment terms, - Delivery times, delivery modes. - Available configurations, support for the launch of new products. - Guaranty the means set up to ensure the flow of orders ( confirmation, monitoring, billing, delivery) in compliance with rules defined by the group ( tax, incoterms). - Manage demand with factories. Including commercial arbitrages confirmation. - Synthesizers the deals in progress, opportunities, sales evolution to document forecast. - In liaise with the sales team and the GM, opportunities, sales evolution to document forecast of the subsidiary and reduce the induced variations. - Participate in the preparation and revision of the sales budget. - Identify, monitor the deviations with objectives ( stock, sales forecast) and initiate the necessary actions.
