University Degree
Bilingual English (written and oral)
Knowledge of Spanish is highly desired
Knowledge of another foreign language is also a plus
Good time management skills

Proficient user of Microsoft Office
Experience with online learning methodologies a plus
Ability to travel for face-to-face periods outside Spain
Candidates must posses a valid EU work permit

Funciones

Assist the program direction with the overall management of the Bachelor degrees, including liaison with faculty members, program participants and other stakeholders. Manage the logistics of the face-to-face modules: program planning, class room set up, caterings, organisation of extra curricular events (dinners, museum tour, etc.) if required, travel arrangements, and other related administrative tasks. Coordinate the program documentation and logistics with the professors. Collaborate with our learning technologies team to support the online learning platform, ensuring accuracy and appropiate maintenance.
