Funciones

The primary responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager are calling high-net-worth leads the firm provides, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments, and meeting with prospective clients for the purpose of gathering new assets (clients) for the firm. This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive calling (although no cold-calling) and direct consultative selling. A dedicated portfolio management and service team are primarily responsible for the transition and retention of client relationships. Opportunity: Highly lucrative compensation structure within an entrepreneurial setting. Work from your home as an independent contractor (tied agent). Sell to high net worth individuals. Focus on bringing on new private clients with liquid assets of more than 400,000 Euros. Common questions regarding the role: How do the leads the firm provides work? Our client actively markets its services via direct mail, internet, and other mediums. The firm receives thousands of pre-qualified responses that are distributed to the sales team. Each Regional Sales Manager can expect to receive at least 50 new leads per month to call. How much new business is from the leads provided by our clientr versus from cold calling? Regional Sales Managers do not cold-call. All leads are provided internally in response to firm marketing and client referrals. Have other producers brought over assets, and am I expected to bring over a book? There is no expectation to do so. In fact, Our client does not want to hire those who plan to focus on their existing client base. Our client wants top producers who can see the value in the leads provided internally, and close them. Moreover, Our client respects post-employment contractual obligations (e.g., non-solicitation provisions) employees may have with their previous employer. How are Regional Sales Managers involved in servicing and retaining clients? Our client has dedicated Client Account Coordinator and Investment Counselor Groups responsible for the transition, maintenance, and relationship management of new and existing client accounts. The role is most regularly involved in the client relationship for the purpose of gathering additions and referrals.
