Funciones

We are looking for a Regional Infrastructure Operations Manager to work in our SSC with the Global Head of Infrastructure Operations to define, implement and manage EMEA technology infrastructure operations in order to provide reliable, high performing systems and services to the business. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with other members of the Global Infrastructure team and contribute to the definition of global infrastructure operations standards, architecture and global support model. Effectively communicate progress on team performance, key issues and opportunities to senior management and peers. Establish and implement 'best-practice' global procedures and processes to deliver a consistent level of service across the business, including compliance with global Business Technology policies. Accountable for the execution of regional level 2 infrastructure support and associated service performance to internal customers. Manage the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure environment through regular monitoring , maintenance and support. Including Measure and actively monitor the uptime performance, capacity and effectiveness of the IT infrastructure. Enable high availability of critical business systems hosted in-house and through cloud providers. Ensure continuity and reliability of services and systems through comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations. Address trends and issues identified by the Global Technology Support team in product usage. Manage infrastructure's operational performance, compliance with standards, management of risks and reporting. Establish global metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of infrastructure operations. Maintain a knowledge-base of product and service information to enable effective and timely support across the technology estate. Work with the Infrastructure Security Operations team to review and maintain overall security of PageGroup's networks, systems and data to ensure it is aligned with the Group's security policies. Perfil del candidato Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in area of Information Technology Management or equivalent. Certification in technologies related to infrastructure being managed (highly desired). Skills/Experience: Must have: * Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in an IT service management environment and minimum of 5 years in management. * Extensive and direct knowledge of all aspects and components of IT infrastructure and service delivery * Experience with Citrix/Microsoft/Cisco/VMware technologies. * Strong hands-on/technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, Azure, Office365, Exchange Online. * Experience with core Network/Cisco technologies like LAN/WAN, subnets, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VLAN's, and VPN using Cisco switches and routers. * Must have a good understanding of user desktop management utilising SCCM for desktops/laptops imaging, profile management, software delivery, etc. * Familiarity with other IT Infrastructure technologies such as storage area networks (SAN), WAN acceleration devices and, virtualization. * Demonstrated critical thinking and planning at a strategic, global level. * Proven management skills with the ability to develop staff members.
