* Proven track record of sales, deep understanding of new digital technologies into BCM sector.
* C-level relationships on Iberia BCM space.
* Collaborative leadership style.
* Ability for producing value contribution into a global business network.

Funciones

We're looking for a Top performing Managing Consultant or Senior Manager Level who can lead the company value proposal for BCM Sector. The candidate has a proven track record on BCM type of projects from origination, to sale and delivery. The job responsibilities include: * Strategic mindset for addressing large digital business transformation programs, from business shaping process towards services implementation as well as further run & maintain stages. * Manage contacts with client executives; plans and facilitates critical meetings. * Develops long-term client relationships within an engagement leading to repeat business opportunities. * Initiates opportunities for new business and leads sales pursuits. * Participates in the development of account plans and is actively involved in the development and growth of strategic client accounts. * Leads complex project teams and leads project/engagement planning for major engagements. * Fosters environment of innovation and digital cultural adoption within the organization.
