Funciones

Adecco Outsourcing is higing a Senior Trade Analyst. Senior Trade Analyst is responsible for support of the customs operations at client site in Spain. This position will work with internal contacts to provide data guidance and expertise to implement and maintain processes. Core Responsibilities/Requirements: - Monitoring of the receipt and dispatch of goods to/from client- s manufacturing facility in Spain, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure all customs requirements are met. - Control and processing of relevant Duty Management and Valuation reports. - Manage post-cleared transactions, and modify declarations aligned with Customs laws and regulations. - Focused on adaptation to UCC regulation. - Manage special customs procedures, as required e.g. temporary storage, returned goods, bounded warehouse, duty management. - Timely follow up of open issues, including clearance of undischarged T1 documents and handling of outstanding preference documents. - Point of contact for Customs Authorities with regard to all customs relevant enquiries. - Provide support for Customs Audits. - Provide a consistently high level of customer service to client, reacting quickly and efficiently to issues and queries. - Training involved with customs operations. - Provide customer service to client and its trading partners, reacting quickly and efficiently to issues and queries. - Deal promptly and effectively with queries and concerns, ensuring issues are registered. - Manage Customs approvals and authorizations, proactively seeking extensions or changes. - Provide technical direction to other Trade Analysts. - Contribute to customer satisfaction through positive interaction with the client, responsiveness to requests, attention to schedules, and high quality work. - Work with departments across Livingston to deliver quality service to the client. - Support and adhere to the Quality Operating System by understanding the relevance of current job activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
