FRENCH SPEAKERS! We are hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for a temporary contract in Barcelona. Description Operational Customer Care activities: * Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities from order entry through order confirmation till delivery at customer site. * Keeps clients informed proactively about order status and take appropriate actions to maximise punctuality and prevent delays. * Act a single point of contact for all inquiries related to service and supply chain. * Maintain a clear and efficient communication flow with customers and highlight potential issues, opportunities and action plan. * Receives, enters, handles customer's non conformance and ensure proper feedback is provided. * Receives and enters customers forecast into APO demand planning. * Publish KPIs dashboard towards Top Management and commercial partners if needed. * Analyse and propose corrective actions in order to improve Customer Care performances. * Participate to Demand Review process within EMEA by leveraging on customer intimacy and planning competencies so to ease the S&OP process execution. * Build an intimate relationship with commercial partners and Customers Key representatives. * Troubleshoot backorders issues and escalate to Management when necessary. Operational Planning activities: * Performs daily production schedules in line with the batch size and inventory policies. * Performs daily missing part backorder processing. * Releases and monitors production work orders. * Identifies and work to resolve issues which impact the ability to meet the production schedule. * Properly applies planning parameters and suggests changes or improvements to parameters as required. * Participate to Customer Supply Chain projects as required. * Keeps inventory level under budget directives. Profile * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or equivalent * Preferably: Experience of 3 years in Supply Chain * Fluency in English and French * Experience in SAP * Problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team. Job Offer Temporary contact: 1 year
