We're currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding team.

Our ideal applicant will have proven dealership experience in a similar role with a good understanding of vehicle parts / servicing. However, we also encourage Customer Service professionals from outside of the industry to apply as well.

Important qualities and skills include:

• A strong work ethic
• A keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experience with ERA Dealer Management Systems (or similar)
• The drive to achieve regular targets
• The ability to convey technical information from workshop to customer
• Ability to demonstrate initiative when confronted with difficult decisions

This is a role with real variety so it's important that you have an understanding of a dealership service department including raising repair orders and invoicing.
